1. Take an initial free online assessment

2. Fill out the Initial contact so we can get to know you
- NOTE: The initial contact asks for your assessments scores

Step 2 - Apply
Decide what type of application
- If planting through a parent church (PAC):
- Have the parent church fill out this form (PAC application)
- See definition of a PAC church
- If planting without a parent church:
- Connect with the presbyter in the area you want to plant in
- Fill out this District Application. (Do not submit until you have the local presbyters signature)

Step 3 - Get set up
- We will connect you with an attorney who offers a negotiated rate
- If approved we will pay for half of the application up to $250
- Your church bank account can be set up once you have your EIN number. Money can be sent to the district on your behalf until your incorporation is finalized.
2. Apply for a General Council Church Charter
- Must complete after legal set up
